The hotel features two well-equipped gymnasiums, both open 24 hours, with instructors on stand-by to assist guests from 6.00 a.m. until 10.00 p.m.

The main gym, Fitness on 6, is located on level 6 and is available for all our guests. The gym features a range of exercise equipment; treadmills, rowing machine, Tour de France exercise bike, Jacob’s Ladder, various free weights, a cable crossover, TRX / Rip 360, as well as Thai boxing equipment and other cardio equipment.

We also offer private / personal trainer classes and programmes, ranging from Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation, and PNF stretching, to Muay Thai, Private Training, Suspension training, Zumba, Body Blitz, etc., in order for our guests to further their preferred Wellness lifestyle. Our trained instructors are available for private sessions and assistance in setting up personalised programmes upon request, in addition to the scheduled classes, which we also offer to all residents. Our suite guests also have exclusive access to a separate gym located on level 26, which also features a range of cardio and weight equipment, as well as a yoga studio.
