Farm to Plate A La Carte Brunch Menu
Summer is in the air at luxury boutique hotel 137 Pillars Suites & Residences with an all-new weekend brunch offering at its much-acclaimed fine-dining restaurant Nimitr on Level 27. The talented culinary team have created a unique Farm-to-Plate a la carte gastronomic experience using ingredients sourced from Thailand. These locally sourced products underline Western and pan-Asian inspirations that match the exquisite interior decor and the stunning skyline views from the restaurant. Enjoy a weekend to remember with a fantastic menu of made-to-order courses served at the for a weekend to remember. They can kickstart their meal with a choice of excellent starters including a choice of oysters, half-boiled goose eggs with caviar from the Royal Projects, the 137 Pillars-style whole avocado in shrimp crust, and Thai burrata served with tomato chutney, whitebait fish tempura and grilled Royal Project baby cos.
For the mains, the delicious, made-to-order dishes include a Duck cocotte smoked in rice stems and served with a sweet and sour kumquat sauce, and Braised beef ribs in a mulberry and green pepper sauce. Seafood aficionados can opt for the Giant River Prawns accompanied by a papaya salad. The tempting line-up of desserts will satisfy even the most demanding sweet tooth. Choose from a Pandan Crepe Suzette flambéed with Grand Marnier, a Cacao nib pancake with a passionfruit-mango Chantilly, and a Roasted baby pineapple, flambéed with Issan rum and served with caramel angel hair and vanilla ice cream.
And to complete your Weekend Brunch you can also enjoy our free-flow wine & bubbles or Bloody Mary & Mimosas at THB 899++ per person. The a la carte Weekend Brunch at Nimitr is available on every Saturday and Sunday from 18 May onwards. As space is limited, advance reservation is highly recommended.
