What time is check in and check out? Do I have to pay extra for early check in an/or late check out?

Are your suites smoking or non-smoking

The rooms are non-smoking, smoking is only allowed in designated areas in the hotel and the room balconies.

Is breakfast included in my suite/residence?

We have both Room Only rates (without breakfast) and Best Available Rates (which includes breakfast).

When will I receive my deposit back?

Your deposit will be returned to you within 15 days of your check-out date. This can vary according to certain foreign banks, however, extended it up to a 20-day wait period.

Do you have a spa?

Yes, our Nitra Spa and Wellness is located on level 28 open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Do you have a gym?

Yes, we have a gym on level 6 open for 24 hours.

Do you provide babysitters?

Yes, we do have outsourced babysitting services for THB 300 per hour per baby.

Is there a hotel shop or souvenir store? Can I purchase anything from the hotel?

No, we do not have hotel or souvenir store.

Is there an in-hotel bar?

Yes, we have the Marble Bar on Level 27 and Jack Bain’s Bar on Level 28.

Is there room-service?

Yes, we have 24-hour room-service.

What area is 137 Pillars Suites & Residences located in?

We are located in the Phrom Phong area, known for its huge selection of restaurants and cafes. Additionally, the well-known Thong Lor area is nearby which will provide you with a great selection of upscale bars and exciting nightlife.

Are there any supermarkets nearby?

What is the closest pharmacy?

A local pharmacy is located in Bio House opposite the hotel and is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

What good restaurants are nearby?

This area is known for its Japanese food, so we recommend Bankara Ramen Restaurant. There is also a popular Western Breakfast & Brunch location on Soi Promsri named Brekkie. Additionally, the Emquartier has a slew of great restaurants inside that we recommend trying. A couple names include D’ARK & Mozza. Finally, for good yet affordable Thai food, we recommend Gedhawa on Soi Sukhumvit 35.

Where is the nearest ATM and where can I exchange money?

In front of Family Mart. We have exchange available at the lobby or guests can go to Superrich in the Emporium mall.

What are the seasons in Bangkok? (when is the rainy season, how often in rains, does it get cold, etc)

Bangkok has three main seasons: hot season from March to June, rainy season from July to October and cool season between November and February.

Is there parking available? Is it free?

Free for two hours and THB 100 for every hour after the first two hours.

Where is the closest Train Station

Phrom Phong BTS station (E5), which is the over ground train service, can be accessed by our shuttle bus service.

Is there a shuttle to Phrom Phong BTS station?

Yes, we provide a shuttle bus service from 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. every hour to and from the train station which is located next to the Emquartier mall.

Do you provide a personal taxi service? How do I book this?

Yes, all taxi services can be booked through our concierge and our limousine and driver service is also available.

What is traffic like in this area?

Rush hour in Bangkok is from 07:30-10:30 & 17:00-20:00 on weekdays, and 11:30-13:30 & 18:00-19:00 on weekends.
When it rains traffic will be unfavourable regardless, so avoid transport during those times.
